🌿 About Our Products
Are your products chemical-free?
Yes, 100%. Our kishmish (raisins) are sun-dried naturally — no sulfites, no artificial colors, no chemical preservatives. Our A2 Desi Ghee is made using the traditional Bilona method with no adulteration. What you get is exactly what nature intended.
Where are your products grown and made?
Everything comes from our family farm in Umadi, Jat Taluka, Sangli District, Maharashtra. We grow, process, and pack everything ourselves — no middlemen, no outsourcing.
Do you use any preservatives?
No. We do not add any artificial preservatives to any of our products. The natural drying process and airtight packaging are what keep our products fresh.
Are your products FSSAI certified?
Yes, NutraSattva operates under FSSAI compliance. We take food safety seriously as a farm-direct brand.
What varieties of kishmish do you offer?
We currently offer three varieties: Gold Round, Green Long, and Natural Black — each with its own flavor profile and nutritional benefits.
📦 Packaging & Shelf Life
How is the product packed?
All products are packed in food-grade airtight packaging to preserve freshness, flavor, and nutritional value. We pack in small batches — your order is not sitting in a warehouse for months.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our kishmish has a shelf life of 6–9 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. A2 Desi Ghee lasts up to 12 months when stored properly. Shenga Poli is best consumed within 30 days of delivery.
How should I store the products after receiving them?
Store kishmish in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Ghee can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated. Shenga Poli should be kept in an airtight container and consumed within 30 days.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times:
- Pune / Mumbai / Nashik: 2–4 days
- Rest of Maharashtra: 3–5 days
- Metro cities (Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 4–6 days
- Rest of India: 5–8 days
- Remote / hilly areas: 7–12 days
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is ₹60 for orders below ₹399. Orders above ₹399 get FREE shipping.
Which courier partners do you use?
We ship via Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC depending on your location.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is something we're working towards — stay tuned!

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We're sorry if that happens! Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video as proof. We'll offer a full refund or replacement — no questions asked.
Can I return a product if I don't like the taste?
Since our products are food items, we cannot accept returns for taste preference, natural color variation, or texture differences — these are natural characteristics of farm-fresh produce. However, if there's a quality issue, we'll always make it right.
How long does a refund take?
- UPI / Card: 5–7 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7–10 business days
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn't been dispatched yet — contact us immediately and we'll cancel it with a full refund. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, but we'll handle any issues through our refund/replacement policy.
