Thank you for shopping with NutraSattva. We take pride in delivering farm-fresh, natural products directly from our farms in Umadi, Sangli to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
📦 Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
- During peak seasons (Diwali, festivals, harvest periods), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you via email/WhatsApp if there is any delay.

🤝 Our Courier Partners
We ship through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC depending on your pin code and availability. You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
📍 Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS.
- You can also track your order directly on the courier partner's website using the tracking ID provided.
- If you don't receive tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
❌ Undeliverable / Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- Wrong or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Customer unavailable at delivery address
- Refusal to accept the package
The package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.
🌍 Do We Ship Internationally?
Currently, NutraSattva ships within India only. We are working on enabling international shipping for our NRI customers soon. If you are based outside India and wish to place a bulk order, please contact us directly at our Contact page.
🎁 Packaging
We use food-grade, airtight packaging to ensure your products arrive fresh and intact. Our packaging is designed to preserve the natural quality of our farm products during transit.
For gifting purposes, if you'd like special gift packaging, please mention it in the order notes at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.
⚠️ Damaged / Lost Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will investigate with the courier partner and either re-ship your order or issue a full refund.
- NutraSattva is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or situations beyond our control.
