Refund & Return Policy

At NutraSattva, we stand behind the quality of everything we ship. Since we deal in natural food products and perishables, our return policy is designed to be fair to both you and the integrity of our products.

Please read this carefully before placing an order.


✅ When We Will Refund / Replace

We offer a full refund or free replacement in the following cases:

Product received in damaged condition Full refund or replacement
Wrong product delivered Full refund or replacement + return pickup
Product significantly different from description Full refund or replacement
Package lost in transit Full refund or re-shipment
Product has expired or spoiled on arrival Full refund or replacement

To claim a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear photos/video of the product and packaging
  3. Mention your Order ID in the message
  4. Reach us via our Contact page

We will respond within 24–48 business hours and process valid claims within 5–7 business days.


❌ When We Cannot Refund

Because we deal in natural food products, the following situations are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Product has been opened, used, or consumed beyond a reasonable inspection amount
  • Refund requested after 48 hours of delivery without prior intimation
  • Dislike of taste, color variation, or texture — natural products vary batch to batch by nature
  • Damage caused by improper storage after delivery (keep in cool, dry place away from moisture)
  • Orders where an incorrect address was provided by the customer
  • Refund requests made without photo/video evidence

Note: Natural color and size variation in kishmish, ghee texture in different temperatures, and slight variation in taste between batches are not defects — they are signs of an unprocessed, natural product.


💸 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method
  • UPI / Card refunds: 5–7 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 7–10 business days
  • We do not offer cash refunds

🔄 Returns & Pickups

  • Since our products are food items, we generally do not accept physical returns for hygiene and safety reasons
  • In cases of wrong delivery, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you
  • Returned products must be unopened and in original packaging

🎁 Gifting Orders

If you ordered NutraSattva as a gift and the recipient received a damaged or incorrect product, the same policy applies — just contact us with proof and the original Order ID.


📦 Cancellation Policy

When Can You Cancel?
Before order is processed ✅ Yes — full refund
After processing, before dispatch ✅ Yes — full refund
After dispatch / in transit ❌ No — wait for delivery, then raise a return request
After delivery ❌ No cancellation, only refund/replacement as per policy above

To cancel an order, contact us immediately via our Contact page with your Order ID.
